Ready-7 programs are digital educational products. Once your payment is confirmed and access is granted, the content is immediately available in full within your account. Given the nature of digital learning materials, refund eligibility is governed by specific conditions outlined below. Reading this page before purchasing is strongly recommended.


What Immediate Access Means

The moment a purchase is completed, the following becomes active in your account:

  • All written program modules
  • Communication frameworks and document templates
  • Administrative systems guides and workflow tools
  • Business writing references and procedural materials
  • Any supplementary resources included in the program at time of purchase

Because access is instant and complete, the refund framework below reflects the non-returnable nature of digital knowledge content.


Your Refund Window — Five Days

A five-day evaluation period begins at the moment of purchase. This window is designed for one purpose:

To assess whether the program is the right fit before engaging with its content substantially.

Appropriate use of the five-day window:

  • Reviewing the module structure and program outline
  • Reading through introductory sections to assess depth and approach
  • Comparing the subject coverage against your current development needs

Not appropriate use of the five-day window:

  • Progressing through the majority of the program content
  • Completing the program and then requesting a return
  • Accessing materials for professional use before submitting a refund request

Requests that reflect inappropriate use of the evaluation period will not be approved regardless of when they are submitted within the five days.

Submitting a Refund Request

If you are within the eligible window, contact support with the following:

  1. Email address associated with your Ready-7 account
  2. Order number from your purchase confirmation
  3. Program name for which the refund is being requested

No detailed explanation of your reason is necessary. Eligibility is assessed based on account verification and usage data — not the reason provided. Requests sent from an unregistered address or without an order number will require identity verification before they can be reviewed.

The 7 to 14 business day window is outside our control. It is set by the financial institutions involved and cannot be shortened on our end regardless of the circumstances of the request.
